All our lead teachers are thoroughly motivated by Maria Montessori's philosophy and trained in her methods. They have a clear understanding of children's capabilities and challenges and are able to guide them on a learning path that capitalizes on their strengths. Our teachers facilitate your child's learning by creating a nurturing, peaceful environment and by modeling respectful, gentle behavior.

Our schools provide an observation area outside of each classroom. The observation area is equipped with one-way observation windows, which allow parents to observe their child in their normal, undisturbed environment and not changing the dynamics of the Montessori classroom at the same time. Parents are invited to visit the school at any time to observe their child's classroom.

Formal individual conference times will be arranged with your child's teacher two times during the year. All conferences are confidential conversations between parents and schools. Anytime you wish to set up an appointment with your child's teacher, call the school and leave a message and an appointment will be arranged at a mutually agreeable time. It's important we stay in touch with each other. Communication between the school and home environments is always on-going and consistent.
